Ingredients
- 9-10tbsp /140g salted butter
- 1/4 cup / 50g granulated sugar 1/2 cup (packed) / 85g light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 180g /1 1/2 cups plain flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp corn starch
- ¼ tsp salt
- 100g dark chocolate
- 10 Oreos cookies
This recipe should make 7 cookies.
Instructions
- Cream the room temperature butter and sugars together until creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mix until combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix together using a spatula.
- Chop 60g of dark chocolate into small cubes and mix into the cookie dough.
- Chill the cookie dough in the fridge for 20 -30mins.
- Assemble the cookies by placing an Oreo cookies on a baking tray, then a a piece of chocolate, then a marshmallow (cut them in half if you do not want the marshmallow to stick completely out of the cookie).
- Mould 70g of cookie dough over the marshmallow, bake in the oven @170c for 15 mins.
