Nutella Cinnamon Rolls

by Emma Wills

Soft, fluffy and stuffed full of Nutella inside and on top. What’s not to like…

I love to make cinnamon rolls, it’s so satisfying to make your own dough and share it with your family or friends. Or yourself…who said you have to share…

WHAT DO THEY TASTE LIKE?

Homemade cinnamon rolls hit different, they are so fluffy and soft. Trust me you will never buy then ever again once you have made them from scratch. They are one of my favourite things to make. The Nutella takes these rolls to another level, you can still add cinnamon if you like or just go 100% chocolate, its up to you.

GOT ANY DOUGH MAKING TIPS?

  1. Do not add more flour to this recipe! The dough will be very tacky and wet once you add the eggs. Don’t let the dough fool you into adding more flour, this was the mistake I used to make when I started making cinnamon rolls. My dough would be dry and no fluffiness was any where to be seen. As you start to kneads the tacky dough, it will come together I promise. You can use a dough cutter/scraper to help the with the kneading process.
  2. Do not over work the dough, literally 5-8 mins and thats it. Stop and let it prove for 1 hour or until its doubled in size.
  3. Practice makes perfect with dough, you might not get it right the 1st time. Make sure you measure the flour according to the recipe. Add too much and you could end up with dry dense dough.

With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright violation? My site has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement. Do you know any solutions to help stop content from being stolen? I’d genuinely appreciate it.
