Dark and white chocolate blueberry yoghurt cluster lollies.

I’ve seen them everywhere but what are they?

They literally took over the internet, these fruity chocolatey clusters were everywhere. They went super viral because they are easy to make and taste delicious…the dream right?

They are yoghurt-covered blueberries that are frozen then covered in chocolate… that’s it!

I’ve made them even better by turning them into lollies…

I thought how could I make them different…so I turned them into lollies! Imagine serving the lolly version to your friends…much more fun right!

They look delicious, how do I make them?

They are so easy to make all you need is Greek or vanilla yoghurt, blueberries, dark/milk/white chocolate.

  1. Add 2 cups of blueberries, 2 cups of vanilla yoghurt or Greek yoghurt with 2 tbsp of honey.
  2. Scoop 2-3 tbsp of the yoghurt-coated blueberries on a small board/tray with the yoghurt-coated blueberries. Place lolly sticks in the centre of each cluster.
  3. Put in the freezer for a few hours until the yoghurt freezes.
  4. Add 200g dark/milk/white chocolate and 1 tbsp of coconut oil in a bowl. Microwave for 20 secs at a time until melted.
  5. Dunk the blueberry yoghurt clusters lollies in the melted chocolate and pop back in the freezer to set. Do not leave for a long time as you do not want the yoghurt to be really frozen.

Do I have to use blueberries?

Not at all! My favourite is actually a raspberry version covered in white chocolate. Raspberries and white chocolate are a match made in heaven!

Follow the same directions above but replace the blueberries with raspberries and use melted white chocolate…I’m drooling just thinking about it…

Tips to make perfect blueberry yoghurt cluster lollies

  1. Make sure the fruit you use is sweet! If you use sour berries they will not taste very nice.
  2. Do not leave in the freezer overnight, you do not want the yoghurt to be really frozen but still a bit creamy when you eat it.
  3. You do not have to make the lolly version, but if you do make sure you do not spoon more than 3 tablespoons of yoghurt-covered blueberries/raspberries. They will be too heavy for the lollies.
