FERRERO ROCHER CROISSANTS (Nutella stuffed)

What is a Ferrero Rocher Croissant?

I have a dessert mash-up obsession (if it wasn’t obvious already) and thought how can I upgrade regular shmegular croissants. Not only does the outside look like a croissant-shaped Ferrero rocher but the inside is stuffed with Nutella! Gasp! Not only insanely delicious but super easy to make.

Also, they are made with puff pastry that you can get HERE because who actually has time to make pastry from scratch.

What a coincidence…the Ferrero group owns Nutella!

It’s just meant to be…the Ferrero Group does own Nutella! I had no idea when I was creating this insane croissant mash-up. They also own Kinder and Tic Tac in case you were interested.

So what makes them Ferrero Rocher Croissants?

Once you finish baking the Nutella stuffed Croissants, you cover them in 6

melted chocolate with chopped-up Hazelnuts. The chocolate filling inside a Ferrero Rocher is replicated by adding Nutella in the middle.

Now I would add a whole Hazelnut in the middle but I was a bit worried someone might not expect it to be there so I left it out.

How to roll the perfect croissant?

It’s so easy, just follow these steps below-

  1. Cut the puff pastry sheets into triangles with a pizza cutter.
  2. Add a 1tbsp of Nutella at the widest end and roll.
  3. Make sure the tip of the triangle is tucked underneath the croissant.
