Ingredients
Mini doughnut twists
- 240ml Greek yoghurt
- 200g self raising flour
Topping
- 3tbsp melted butter
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 5tbsp caster/granulated sugar
Instructions
1.Mix together the yoghurt & flour until a shaggy dough forms.
2.Sprinkle 2-3tbsp flour over the dough, knead on the counter until combined. (Please note this dough is very sticky) Add more flour if needed.
3.Weigh 15g balls of dough, dust your hands with flour, roll into a sausage in your hands, then finish on the counter. (You will need to keep adding flour as it will become sticky)
5.Make a U shape & wrap the dough around each other to make the twist shape. I made mine approx. 3”long.
6.Bake in the oven for 13-15mins @160c.
7.Brush with melted butter, coat in cinnamon sugar & enjoy with chocolate ganache, Nutella or Biscoff.
