LIMONCELLO ICE CREAM CUPS

by Emma Wills
Lemon and raspberry ice cream in a lemon cup on a plate with mint leaves and raspberries.

What do these super cute ice cream cups taste like?

They are the perfect summery dessert, so creamy and the lemon raspberry flavour complements each other so well. I love serving ice cream inside the actual fruit, it makes it much more exciting and screams summer is here!

Why should I make them?

  • Super easy to make, this is a no-churn recipe.
  • Only 6 ingredients.
  • They look super impressive and would be a great dinner party dessert.

So what exactly is Limoncello?

Limoncello is an Italian liqueur which is traditionally served chilled as an after-dinner digestivo (it is meant to aid digestion after a meal)

Do I have to use Limoncello?

Not at all, if you don’t have any that’s fine. Just double the amount of lemon juice in the recipe.
