What does Aperol spritz ice cream taste like?

It tastes amazing! The creamy Mascarpone and cream cheese mixed with the fresh orange juice and Aperol are a match made in heaven. My recipe is super easy and only has 5 ingredients.

The best part is it’s no churn so you don’t need any fancy equipment. Just mix it up and freeze!

I’ve heard of Aperol but what is it exactly?

Aperol is a bright orange apéritif liqueur. It is supposed to stimulate your appetite and would be consumed before your dinner. Aperol these days is better known in the popular summer cocktail Aperol Spritz which is Prosecco, soda water and a splash of Aperol…Yum!
