- Loaf of white sliced bread
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 2 eggs
- 6tbsp caster sugar
- Jar of Nutella
Instructions
- Take a slice of bread, cut the crust of each side.
- Roll the slice of bread with a rolling pin. Make sure to make the bread very thin to ensure you get mini roll ups.
- Spread 1 tbsp Nutella all over the bread, then roll tightly, gently cut in half.
- Add 2 eggs, 3/4 cup milk into a bowl & 2tbsp caster sugar into a bowl. Whisk using a fork until everything is combined.
- Dip the French toast roll ups in the egg mixture then fry on a low heat until each side is brown. (Do not burn)
- Sprinkle the remaking sugar on the French toast roll ups and serve with Maple syrup or more Nutella!
