What are Vampire teeth churros?
Hello, fellow Halloween enthusiasts! Are you looking for a spooky and delicious treat to impress your guests at your next party? Well, look no further than these vampire teeth churros! They are easy to make, fun to decorate, and guaranteed to make everyone smile (or scream).
What are vampire teeth churros, you ask? They are simply churro sandwiches, with red frosting for the gums, mini marshmallows for the teeth, and slivered almonds for the fangs.
To assemble vampire teeth churro sandwiches you need some red frosting (you can make your own or use store-bought), mini marshmallows, and slivered almonds. You spread some frosting on the bottom half of each churro, then stick some marshmallows on top for the teeth. You can use as many or as few as you like, depending on how big you want the mouth to be. Then you spread some more frosting on the top half of the churro and press it down on the marshmallows. Finally, you insert two slivered almonds on each side of the mouth for the fangs. And voila! You have your vampire teeth churros!
Tips for making vampire teeth churros?
- When you make the churro dough, do not add the eggs at the same time. Add them one at a time, making sure each one is mixed into the dough before you add the next one. Otherwise the dough will be too soft.
- place the freshly fried churros on a paper towel to soak up any excess oil, then coat on sugar.
- Wait for the churros to cool slightly before adding the red icing so it does not melt.
How to make vampire teeth churros?
- To make the churros: Heat the water, butter & sugar in a saucepan.
- Add the salt & flour, stir until it forms a dough & comes away from the sides of the saucepan. Remove from the heat to cool.
- Stir in the eggs, one at a time until the churro dough is nice and smooth. Spoon into a piping bag, pipe circles on to a lined baking sheet/tray that can fit in the freezer.
- Freeze the churros until solid, then fry until golden brown & cooked all the way through.
- Dust in sugar whilst still hot.
- To make the vampire teeth: once the churros have cooled a little, spread some icing on one of the churros.
- Place 8 mini marshmallows to make the teeth.
- Spread some more icing on the other churro then place on top of the marshmallows.
- Place two almond slices one on each side, to make the fangs.

Hello! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for this site? I’m getting sick and tired of Wordpress because I’ve had issues with hackers and I’m looking at alternatives for another platform. I would be great if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.
