There are so many reasons, but for me it’s how cute they look. For some reason if you make food mini it always looks super cute! Apart from the cuteness overload, these churros taste amazing and are very easy to make.
Heat the water & butter in a saucepan. Add the flour, stir until it forms a dough & comes away from the sides of the saucepan. Remove from the heat to cool.
Stir in the eggs, one at a time until the churro dough is nice and smooth. Spoon into a piping bag, pipe small circles onto a lined baking sheet/tray that can fit in the freezer.
Freeze the churros until solid, then fry until golden brown & cooked all the way through.
