Two Ingredient Dough Pretzel Knots

Pretzel knots on a baking tray.

My two ingredient dough pretzels knots are too cute, soft and easy to make. Your friends and family will have no idea that you whipped up these mini pretzels using just self rising flour and Greek yoghurt!

I still do not understand how self raising flour and Greek yoghurt creates the most amazing soft and fluffy bread…some kind of sorcery I think.

I decided to make these pretzels in a knot shape instead of the traditional shape because I think they look super cute! What do you think? They are easy to make, you literally roll the dough into a rope, then tie it in a knot, done!

It’s up to you if you want to see them savoury or sweet, personally I love them with melted garlic butter or with cream cheese and smoked salmon.
