Ingredients

Ingredients
- 180g dark or milk chocolate
- 1 jar marshmallow fluff (you won't need the whole jar)
- Raspberry jam, as needed-=
- Mini skull moulds- this recipe makes 12 mini skulls.

Instructions

Instructions 1. Melt the chocolate: Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in the microwave in 20–30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
2. Make the chocolate shells: Spoon a little melted chocolate into each cavity of your silicone skull mould. Use the back of a teaspoon or a small brush to spread the chocolate evenly across the bottom and sides. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until set.
3. Add the filling: Spoon or pipe a little marshmallow fluff into each chocolate skull, followed by a small amount of raspberry jam. Leave enough space at the top to seal the skulls.
4. Seal the skulls: Cover the filling with the remaining melted chocolate, spreading it carefully to seal the edges.
5. Chill: Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes, or until the chocolate has completely set.
6. Unmould and serve: Carefully remove the skulls from the silicone mould. Arrange them on a serving plate and break one open to reveal the gooey marshmallow and raspberry filling!

Tips for the Best Chocolate Skulls - Use a silicone mould: This makes it much easier to remove the delicate chocolate skulls without breaking them.
- Don't overfill: Marshmallow fluff expands and is very sticky, so leave enough room for the final chocolate layer.
- Use thick raspberry jam: A thicker jam will help prevent the filling from leaking.
- Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, depending on the storage instructions for your fillings.
-Allow to sit at room temperature briefly before serving.
