How do you make hot honey?
Hot honey is the ultimate condiment that adds a tantalising sweet-heat to everything from pizza to fried chicken. Making it at home is incredibly simple and allows you to customise the level of spiciness to suit your taste.
Start with a good quality honey—local and raw if possible for the best flavour. Pour the honey into a saucepan and add your favorite hot peppers, such as jalapeños, habaneros, or red pepper flakes. Heat the mixture gently over low heat, ensuring it doesn’t boil, for about 10-15 minutes.
This allows the peppers to infuse the honey with their fiery essence. Once you’ve achieved your desired heat level, remove the saucepan from the stove and let it cool. Strain out the peppers if you prefer a smooth honey, or leave them in for an extra kick and a rustic look. Pour your hot honey into a clean jar and store it at room temperature. Drizzle it over everything from biscuits and cornbread to roasted vegetables and in this case these Nduja sausage rolls!

You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this matter to be really something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
