Ingredients
Air fryer roast chicken
Emmas secret chicken marinade
- 4tbsp Smoked paprika
- 2tbsp Curry powder
- 1tsp Black pepper
- 4tbsp Garlic powder
- 1/4tsp Salt
- 4tbsp Chicken seasoning
- 1tbsp Cumin
- 1/2 cup Sunflower/vegetable oil
Instructions
1.Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
2.Marinate the entire chicken, push some of the marinade under the chicken breast skin (refrigerate over night if possible or 1 hour minimum)
3.Cook breast side down in the air fryer for 30 minutes at 180c.
4.Flip the chicken over and spread some more of the marinade on the chicken, cook for 20 minutes.
5.Optional - drizzle the chicken in honey and cook for 3-5 minutes.
