Why should I make these Nutella cheesecake brownie?
There are soooo many reasons you should make these delicious brownies, here’s some of them below:
- They taste amazing….the cheesecake and Nutella with the rich chocolatey brownies is a match made in heaven.
- You want to try a different brownie flavour instead of the same old plain brownies.
- If you are like me and you love cheesecake and brownies, then this is the recipe for you.
- They are sooo easy to make, perfect for Friday film night or date night.
Tips for making these Nutella cheesecake brownies?
- Make the cheesecake before the brownie batter. The reason for this is if you let the brownie batter sit for a while the texture can change and become stiff.
- Use a small egg as the cheesecake mix might become too runny.
- Use full fat cream cheese.
- Use good quality dark chocolate between 50%-60 cocoa. Do not use dark chocolate with 70% cocoa as it will be too bitter.
- This recipe is very fudgy and gooey. If you bake these brownies for 30mins they will be very fudgy, 35-40mins they will not be as fudgy in the middle. Use a wooden skewer to check the brownies at 30 mins to see how wet they are inside.

Hmm it seems like your blog ate my first comment (it was super long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I wrote and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog writer but I’m still new to everything. Do you have any helpful hints for novice blog writers? I’d certainly appreciate it.
