Ingredients
- 6 mini chocolate rolls
- Chocolate buttercream icing (store-bought)
- 6 digestive biscuits
- Christmas sprinkles (including holly sprinkles)
Instructions
- Cover each mini chocolate roll completely with the chocolate buttercream icing.
- Slice a small piece off each end of the rolls to reveal the cake inside—this helps give that classic yule log look.
- Use a fork to gently drag lines along the icing to mimic the texture of a traditional yule log.
