If you loved those nostalgic chocolate cornflake treats growing up, this Mini Egg Crunch Bark is your Easter upgrade. Made with just 4 ingredients, this no-bake Easter dessert combines crunchy cornflakes, sweet and salty popcorn, creamy chocolate and loads of Mini Eggs for the ultimate easy treat. It’s quick to make, perfect for sharing (if you don’t eat it all first), and tastes just like a bakery-style version of your childhood favourite.

Ingredients
Mini Egg Crunch Bark
- 250g cornflakes
- 250g sweet & salty popcorn
- 300g dark or milk chocolate (i used 60% dark chocolate)
- 100g milk chocolate (drizzle on top)
- Mini eggs (as many as you like)
Instructions
- Add the popcorn, cornflakes and mini eggs in a bowl.
- Melt the dark chocolate, pour in the bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Add some more mini eggs on top and drizzle melted milk chocolate on top.
- Spread on to a lined baking tray and place in the fridge until set.
