Step by step: How to make the perfect Tiramisu Brookies

Step one

  1. Make the chocolate chip cookie dough 1st, then the brownie mixture.

Step two

  1. Alternate adding spoonfuls of the brownie mixture and chocolate chip cookie dough.
  2. Make sure there aren’t any gaps, then spread the brownie mixture in between the cookie dough pieces on top so it is flat.

Step three

  1. Cover the cooled brookies in the Tiramisu topping.
