Where do I get the Pistachio cream from?
Pistachio cream is one of my favourite things! It’s soooo delicious and tastes amazing in these cheesecake brownies. I use the Pistachio spread by the brand Pisti which you can get on Amazon here. It has a luxurious taste and the texture is so creamy and stays gooey after baking them in these brownies.

How do you make the cannoli shell using tortilla wraps?
Step one: Cut three 4″ circles in each tortilla wrap. (Cut as many as you can, you might get more or less depending on the size of the wrap)
Step two: Roll small pieces of foil into a log shape, wrap the tortilla around it, then pierce with a tooth pick to hold it together.
Step three: Spray the tortilla with spray oil.
Step four: Spray the air fryer with spray oil, preheat the air fryer at 190c for 5 minutes.
Step five: Place 4-5 cannoli shells in the air fryer, bake for 7 minutes or until golden brown.

How do you make the pistachio cheesecake filling?
The creamy pistachio cream cheese filling tastes amazing and only needs four ingredients. So how do you make it?
You might already have three out of the four ingredients you need in your kitchen – cream cheese (full fat), double/heavy cream and Icing/powdered sugar. You can get the Pistachio cream I on Amazon Uk here.
It’s so easy to make, just mix the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth, then add the icing sugar and pistachio cream. Mix until combined, then put in the cream. Mix with an electric hand mixer until combined, that’s it. Keep it in the fridge until ready to use.
How to turn the tortilla shells into Pistachio cannoli?


Step one: Chop the pistachios into small pieces.
Step two: Spread some of the pistachio cream on the cannoli shell, then coat in the chopped pistachios.


Step three: Add the pistachio filling into a piping bag or ziplock if you do not have one.
Step four: Drizzle a little pistachio cream on each cannoli, serve immediately.

1. Air Fry at the Right Temperature
- Do a test and cook only two shells at 190°C (370°F) for 7 minutes.
- Watch closely to avoid burning—air fryers vary in power.
- Once you are happy with the temperature continue to cook the rest of the shells.
2. Fill & Decorate Like a Pro
- Fill the cannoli just before serving to keep the shells crisp.
- You do not want them to become soggy!
3. Store & Serve
- Store unfilled shells in an airtight container to keep them crispy.
- Leftover filled cannoli should be kept in the fridge and enjoyed within a few hours for the best texture.
