Ingredients

  • 6 Biscoff biscuits

  • 100g melted chocolate (milk, dark, or white)

  • Festive sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare your chocolate: Melt your chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts, stirring between each until smooth.

  2. Create the Christmas tree shape: Place your Biscoff biscuits on a sheet of parchment paper. Using a piping bag or zip lock bag, drizzle the melted chocolate in a triangular, tree-like shape on top of each biscuit.

  3. Add festive sprinkles: While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle over your festive sprinkles to decorate your mini Christmas trees.

  4. Set the chocolate: Let the chocolate harden at room temperature for 10–15 minutes, or pop in the fridge for 5 minutes for faster setting.

  5. Serve & enjoy: Your Christmas Tree Cookie Dippers are ready to dunk in hot chocolate, gift to friends, or add to your holiday dessert spread!
