160g dark chocolate (50%-60% cocoa)

1 family pack Philadelphia cream cheese (280g)

100ml double cream

2 caps Kahlua

4 tbsp icing sugar

1 tbsp coffee granules

1 tsp boiling water

Instructions
Step 1: Bake the Brownies

Preheat the oven to 170°C fan, Grease and line a square 20cm baking tin.

Melt the butter and dark chocolate together until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, caster sugar, light brown sugar, and Kahlua, vanilla extract until pale and fluffy.

Fold in the melted chocolate mixture.

Sift in the flour, cocoa, and salt. Fold gently until combined.

Pour into the tin and bake for 25 minutes until set but slightly soft in the center.

Cool completely in the tin.
Step 2: Make the Tiramisu Brownie Truffles

Once cooled, remove brownies from the tin. Cut off the edges and scrape off the crusty top.
