Ferrero Rocher Cake Pops
- 1 small supermarket chocolate cake (5-inch)
- 300g milk chocolate
- 100g dark chocolate
- 60g nuts, finely chopped (hazelnuts, almonds, peanuts or mixed nuts all work)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Lollipop sticks

Prepare the cake
Cut the top off the chocolate cake to remove any domed surface. Slice the cake into 8 even pieces. -
Chop the nuts
Finely chop your nuts and set aside. -
Melt the chocolate
Chop the milk and dark chocolate into small pieces, melt in the microwave 20 seconds at a time until melted. Add the coconut oil and mix togther gently until smooth. -
Add the crunch
Stir the chopped nuts. -
Add the sticks
Dip the end of each lollipop stick into the melted chocolate, then insert it into the base of each cake slice. This helps secure the stick. -
Coat the cake pops
Place the cake pops on a wire rack. Pour the chocolate mixture over each one, making sure they’re fully coated. -
Set
