If you thought tacos were just for Tuesday dinners—think again. These Oreo Cheesecake Tacos are the ultimate dessert hack: crispy tortilla shells dipped in silky melted chocolate, then filled to the brim with creamy Oreo cheesecake. They’re crunchy, rich, and wildly indulgent—basically, if a taco and a cookies & cream cheesecake had a baby.

Ingredients
Chocolate tacos
- Soft tortilla wraps
- 200g dark/milk chocolate
Oreo cheesecake filling
- 165g cream cheese
- 1 packet Oreo cookies
- 1tbsp icing sugar
Instructions
Chocolate tacos
- Cut out 6 circles from tortilla wraps using a cookie cutter.
- Place in between the gaps of an upside down cupcake tin.
- Bake the tortilla shells at 160c fan for 6-7 minutes.
- Once the shells have cooled, melt the chocolate and dunk the shells in the chocolate.
Oreo cheesecake filling
- Blitz the Oreo cookies in a food processor then add to a bowl with the cream cheese and sister icing sugar. Mix together with a spoon until combined, then add into a piping bag.
- To assemble the tacos, fill each one with the Oreo cheesecake mix, then top each one with a piece of Oreo cookie.
- To finish drizzle with some melted chocolate.
