Tips for the Best Cheesy Garlic Bread

How do I get the most flavour out of the garlic bread?
Let the garlic butter sit on the bread for a few minutes before baking. This gives the flavours time to soak in and prevents dry spots.

What’s the best cheese combo for this recipe?
Use a mix of mozzarella (for that epic cheese pull) and cheddar or Red Leicester which is simular to Cheddar but has a beautiful orange colour when melted(for a bold, sharp flavour). It’s the perfect blend of stretch and taste.

How do I get the cheese golden and bubbly?
Grill/broil setting for the last 2–3 minutes to get a golden, bubbly finish on top. But watch it like a hawk so you don’t burn this cheesy masterpiece.

Can I add fresh herbs?
Definitely! A sprinkle of parsley or coriander just before serving adds a fresh touch and balances the rich, cheesy flavours.

Any tips for prepping in advance?
You can make the garlic butter and the peri peri chicken ahead of time. Assemble just before baking to keep the bread crisp and fresh.
