If you’re looking for a quick and easy snack, these 2 ingredient dough pretzels are perfect. They’re soft, chewy, and only take a few minutes to make. Paired with a bold and creamy sriracha cheese dip, this recipe is great for game day, movie night, or whenever you’re craving something savoury with a little kick. You don’t need any fancy ingredients or special skills—just simple steps and big flavour.
Step by step: How to make the two ingredient pretzel dough


Step one: Add the self raising flour and Greek yoghurt into a bowl
Mix together using a spoon until a shaggy dough forms.


Step two: Remove from the bowl and kneads together on a flour dusted counter
It will be very sticky, keep adding flour onto your hands and sprinkle some on the dough.


Step three: Shape the dough into 8 pretzels
Roll the dough into a long sausage, then cross over the ends.


Step four: Twist the ends over each other, then fold onto the other side to make a pretzel shape.

Ingredients
2 Ingredient Pretzels
- 400g self raising flour
- 380g Greek yoghurt (full fat)
- Sesame seeds (topping)
- Egg yolk (for egg wash)
Sriracha Cheese Dip
- 2tbsp butter
- 2tbsp pain flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1tbsp mustard
- 1tbsp Sriracha
- 200g Red Leicester cheese
- 140g Mature Cheddar cheese
Instructions
2 Ingredient Pretzels
- Add the self raising flour and Greek yoghurt into a bowl, mix together using a spoon until a shaggy dough forms.
- Remove from the bowl and kneads together on a flour dusted counter until the dough becomes soft and smooth.
- It will be very sticky, keep adding flour onto your hands and sprinkle some on the dough.
- Tear off 100g pieces of dough.
- Roll into a long sausage then tie into a pretzel shape. You should get 8 pretzels.
- Brush the pretzels with egg yolk and sprinkle on sesame seeds.
- Bake in the oven for 15 mins at 190c fan.
Sriracha Cheese Dip
- Melt the butter in a sauce pan, then add the flour. Stir until combined.
- Warm the milk in the microwave, then put into the saucepan.
- Add the cheese in stages, mix to combine.
- Add the mustard and Sriracha.
- Keep stirring until everything is combined and creamy. The longer you cook it the thicker the sauce will become.
How to Serve
- Serve the pretzels and cheese dip whilst fresh and warm. best eaten on the same day.
