If garlic bread and pepperoni pizza had a love child, this would be it — Garlic Bread Pizza with Hot Honey Drizzle. This insanely cheesy, flavour-packed recipe brings together the crispy, buttery goodness of garlic bread and the satisfying, saucy indulgence of classic pepperoni pizza.
Finished with a sweet and spicy drizzle of hot honey, it’s the kind of easy-to-make comfort food that hits every craving at once. Perfect for weeknights, parties, or any time you want to impress with minimal effort!

Ingredients
Garlic Butter
- 100g butter (room temperature)
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 1tbsp chopped parsley
Other items needed
- Loaf of bread (medium size)
- Red Leicester cheese (as much as you like)
- Mozzarella cheese (as much as you like)
- Pepperoni
- 4-5tbsp tomato sauce/pasta sauce
Instructions
Garlic Butter
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix together until creamy and combined.
Assemble
- Cut the bread loaf in half, decide if you are going to use both pieces of bread or just one half.
- Spread the butter on the bread then bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 230c fan. (Make sure it does not burn)
- Once the garlic butter has melted and the bread is toasted add the tomato sauce, Red Leicester and mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes at 250c be careful it does not burn.
- Drizzle hot honey and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
