Ingredients

Garlic Butter

  • 100g butter (room temperature)
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 1tbsp chopped parsley

Other items needed

  • Loaf of bread (medium size)
  • Red Leicester cheese (as much as you like)
  • Mozzarella cheese (as much as you like)
  • Pepperoni
  • 4-5tbsp tomato sauce/pasta sauce

Instructions

Garlic Butter

  1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix together until creamy and combined.

Assemble

  1. Cut the bread loaf in half, decide if you are going to use both pieces of bread or just one half.
  2. Spread the butter on the bread then bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 230c fan. (Make sure it does not burn)
  3. Once the garlic butter has melted and the bread is toasted add the tomato sauce,  Red Leicester and mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
  4. Grill for 2-3 minutes at 250c be careful it does not burn.
  5. Drizzle hot honey and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
